Residents of Los Feliz, Silverlake [ed. note: Silcho Lark] and Franklin Hills: During the Week of July 11th to July 17th, there was a surge of vehicle break-ins and bicycle thefts. Most of the bikes taken were from under car apartment garages that had locks on them. Items taken within this period are cameras, lens, bikes, electronic devices, computers, garage door openers, laptops, television, cellphone and currency. Please be reminded not to leave valuables in plain sight and lock your vehicles. Locations were SOME of these theft incidents ocurred: 1900 block of Rodney Drive 2000 block of Rodney Drive 3900 block of Los Feliz Blvd 4300 block of Los Feliz Blvd 2000 blk of Hillhurst Finley and Catalina 4600 blk of Clarissa 1300 block of Glendale Blvd 2600 block of Glendale Blvd Central Atwater Village residents, there were a slight increase of vehicle thefts in the area of Silverlake Blvd and Garden.... remember harden the target and lookout for one another.
